All freight charges to addresses within Australia are free of charge. We use Australia Post Express Post as our carrier. Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all major centres in Australia and 2 business days for some hard to reach rural areas. The Australia Post Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links. From time to time we may arrange a courier in which case we shall email you that this has been done. For international orders we send our parcels via the Australia Post International Registered Post service. To make arrangements for international deliveries please e-mail the details of the items you would like to purchase to email@example.com and we shall contact you to arrange payment and delivery. If you have not received your package within 5 working days please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (02) 9791 0500.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase of a flight or voucher we will gladly offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the flight has not been already taken or the past the expiry date. To organise a return please email email@example.com or (02) 9791 0500 to request a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number. All returns must have an RA Number otherwise they will be sent back to the sender.
Your proof of purchase receipt must be securely packed to send back to Australian Helicopter Pilot School and its associates at Bankstown Airport, Link Road, Bankstown NSW 2220 Australia and the customer is responsible for the cost of return to Australian Helicopter Pilot School and its associates.
We recommend that you use Australia Post Express Post for the return - you just need to purchase an Express Post bag from Australia Post. The item must be received by Australian Helicopter Pilot School and its associates within 10 days from when the item was dispatched from Australian Helicopter Pilot School and its associates and the replacement product will be shipped at no cost to you after the item has been received.
We will use Australia Post Express Post to send the replacement. If there is no replacement available then you will receive a full refund.
